After 10 years of experience in the LVMH group as an international customer and digital marketing director for Louis Vuitton and as a CRM and digital media director for Christian Dior Parfums, Nathalie Lemonnier founded Lemon Think in 2009, a consulting firm specialized in digital strategy and omnichannel customer relations for luxury brands.
She is also an Adjunct Professor at IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School.
