Nathalie Lemonnier

Founder of Lemon Think

After a first experience in the media (TV), Nathalie Lemonnier apprehends the problems of customer relations and e-commerce in 1995 by launching the first e-commerce website of the M6 group.
She then developed her dual expertise in customer marketing and digital marketing in the LVMH group for almost 10 years. She has launched the ecommerce websites eluxury.com (2000), louisvuitton.com (2005), dior.com/beauty (2008).
She has also defined and implemented the customer relations strategy for two of the Group’s international companies.

With this experience, she created in 2009 Lemon Think, a consulting firm where she advises luxury houses and premium brands on their customer relationship and digital issues.

Lemon Think has been working with a team experts and reputable partners for more than 10 years.

Nathalie Lemonnier is also an associate professor and head of the Master 1 brand management and communication at the IAE of Paris Sorbonne Business School. She also teaches digital marketing, CRM and communication in a selection of business and engineering schools.
